Airborne is the name of those tablets that look like vitamin C tablets but are bigger.Airborne was created by a Victoria Knight-McDowell, a second grade teacher who says she always brought home viruses from her students. It is supposed to be an herbal supplement that helps prevent colds and flu.
I know many people who take this as soon as they think they are beginning to feel a cold coming on. Many people take this who are traveling, since they're in close quarters with so many others, like on a plane, for instance.
My mother-in-law feels they work well. I have to disagree. I never saw a difference form how I felt or whether I was getting better than before I took. In my opinion, honey, lemon, and tea help much more than Airborne. I personally think it is a wast of money. Walmart carries it for about 4.99 but I have seen it advertised for about 5.99.
It's up to you buut I say don't waste your money!
