I gotta admit, lately I have been feeling really tired. I even thought about taking prenatal vitamins because of not only the iron content in them but because they are such an excellent 'multi-vitamin' in general.
Interestingly, this tired feeling has happened since CJ and I decided to get back on our 'exercise and eating healthy' kick. Maybe I am coming off of a serious sugar/carb high?
